Synerology 2022 – Kumbhalgarh

Synerology 2022 started with a very high note of enthusiasm. Last time around this year we had the trip to Mount Abu. This time the trip is to Kumbhalgarh, a very remote location devoid of all the commercial aspect and is also known as the Great Wall of India.

Journey started with Synerites from all over India landed to Ahmedabad on 18^th November, 2022. We moved towards our destination in a big bus filled with all excited Synerites at dawn on 19th November, 2022. The bus route journey was full of music, jokes, friendly interactions and small break to stretch ourselves. During this first break first thing we noticed was the change in temperature. Yes, we all could feel the onset of winter.

We reached Kumbha Bagh Resort around 9.00 am. It’s a very peaceful, remote, welcome drink, picaresque views and great hospitality. After getting refreshed in our respective rooms, we all had a sumptuous breakfast with amazing views, happy interactions and for some first-time introductions too.

After Breakfast few team members went to explore the resort. Few took chilling dip in the swimming pool; rest went to take a power nap. We all gathered for Proper Rajasthani Lunch with Dal Batti Churma, Gatte ki sabzi and many more mouthwatering dishes. After lunch we all went to Kumbhalgarh fort, which is 10 kms away from the resort. We went to the fort by Safari, enjoyed the ride thoroughly. As it was world Heritage Day, we got free entry to the fort. The Fort was built during the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. It’s an exemplary example of Indian Heritage.

It was an eventful and adventurous day for all the Synerities. After returning we went to get ready for the award Ceremony and dance party. Our Founder’s Mr. Vishal Shah and Mr. Sudhir Chaubey shared their version of vision, roadmap, and technology for the company and us.

5 Change Champion awards were felicitated for their remarkable achievement, Dedication and Contribution. Change Champion Aditi Kothawala, Change Champion Reemanshi Modi, Change Champion Hitesh Sharma, Change Champion Joyal Christian, Change Champion Soumitra Chakrabotry.

Party time started with live music, gazals, on demand songs and some popular dance numbers. This day ended with a beautiful note and warm feeling of getting recognized and awarded.

Next Day started with serenity of the place, amazing view and weather. After having breakfast, we met at the main garden to get ourselves clicked for group photos, Photograph Time!!!!

Its was time to say good bye to Kumbhalgarh. Finally, the last bus ride of our trip rolled out to set back home till we all meet again for Synerology 2023 !!!!!!
