How many admin accounts can be configured on the BLACKbox device?
There are five role-based admin power users as below.
1. Blackbox.console: to set the policy and hardening of Windows computers and laptops.
2. recycle.bin: to restore deleted data for users’ data and dept. data
3. access.controller: to set folder permissions
4. backup.restore: to restore data from backup
5. Vault.moderator: to transfer data from users’ Data/dept. Data to vault folder
How can the BLACKbox admin console be accessed?
The admin console of BLACKbox is accessible over any browser from Windows or Mac OS.
Does BLACKbox give an email notification or ask for a second level of authentication if the admin tries to copy all the data to an external device?
No, BLACKbox will not send any notification or ask for a second level of authentication if the admin tries to copy all the data to an external device. Admin has to be responsible and trustworthy.
