What is BLACKbox M-Duo?

BLACKbox M-Duo is a dual profiling solution for mobile devices. It creates two profiles on the mobile phones of the user in order to separate personal and professional data.

Which platforms does BLACKbox M-Duo work on?

BLACKbox M-Duo works on android and ios devices with OS versions upto the last two years.

What is the difference between the BLACKbox M-Duo console being bought and the M-Duo console not being bought?

When the console is procured, a new mobile device can be registered, and policies can be defined for personal and professional profiles by the client.

If the console is not procured, “support@blackbox.in” needs to be contacted to register a new mobile device or to define/modify any policy in personal and professional profile and change. All other features will remain the same.

Does Blackbox have an MDM solution?

Yes. The M-Duo module (Add-on module) of BLACKbox provides iOS and Android controls on mobile or tablets of recent OS generations.
