Can the specifications of BLACKbox be enhanced?

No. BLACKbox is a product. There is no scope for customization.

Does BLACKbox provide a feature where switching off the hardware box is allowed only by the admin?

No. Customization cannot be done in BLACKbox.

Can the logo and name of BLACKbox be replaced with the client company’s logo and name?

Product white labelling can be done for the client in the following cases:

  1. Minimum of 100 prime T devices are bought
  2. Minimum of 5000 user licenses are bought
Does BLACKbox give a notification when a screenshot is taken by the user?

No. BLACKbox does not provide this feature and there is no scope for customization.

Can BLACKbox be customized to work with dual monitors?

No. Customization cannot be done in BLACKbox.

Does BLACKbox send email notifications for any operation performed on a shared file?

No. Email notifications are not sent to the users who collaborate on a shared file. And this feature cannot be added since there is no scope for customization.

But logs for each file operation can be found in the File Audit Trail on the console.

Can BLACKbox watermark the screenshot taken by a user with the company logo, username and time stamp?

No. BLACKbox is a ready to use product. Customization cannot be done. But, if the device is hardened using BLACKbox, the screenshot taken will be saved on the central location only, and the username & timestamp of this screenshot can be found from the File Audit Trail on the console.
