Synersoft expresses sincere gratitude towards I-tech Industries India Private Limited, Pune, for entering the 5th year of BLACKbox adoption. It was a proud moment when Mr Sudhir Chaubey, Co-Founder of Synersoft, presented a memento to Shri Avinash Nagarkar at the I-tech Group Group’s Pune Office.

I-Tech Group is a manufacturer of Precision Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures, Foaming Jigs, Trimming Dies, Injection Moulds, and SPMs with a state-of-the-art tool room and advanced machining capabilities. They serve global customers, to list a LG, Liebherr, Hairer, Godrej, Whirlpool, Bosch, and Brisk. They design, develop, and manufacture hi-tech equipment with robust research and technical knowhow.

The BLACKbox deployment is for 20 users working on ERP, Emails, Technical Design Software, and Office Software. Strict compliance with information security and data protection was the prime objective of investing in BLACKbox. Empanelment processes are subject to strict information security compliances mandated by most of the customers. Deployment of standard IT systems, Protection against data loss, leakage, and theft were the prime concerns of the management of I-tech Group.

BLACKbox has achieved the objective of compliance with information security and data protection. It has also attained IT standardization functions in a single hardware and single software and protects confidential data from loss, leakage and theft. Compared to traditional solutions, this deployment has saved significant hardware and software costs to the extent of 60%. They also use the hybrid email system of BLACKbox, which saves G-Suite subscription costs by 70%. They have opted for a buyback scheme of BLACKbox to upgrade to the new BLACKbox to maximize their return on investment.
