About Client:
The client is a well-known pharma equipment manufacturing company in Bangalore. They compete at global standards, supply Fortune 500 companies, own IPR and patents, and are recognized for contributing to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
They are highly acknowledged for their innovative designs and compliance with the strictest Pharma Industry manufacturing benchmarks. The client is a loyal BLACKbox customer and uses the technology for its manufacturing company.
Executive Summary:
The client employs world-class talent, which comes at a tremendous cost. They create intellectual assets like original designs, drawings, concepts, and research reports. However, with time, they started transforming from old times when their intellectual assets were in physical form. They preserve ammonia prints, hand sketches, and paper notes.
A young leader in the company's management team was involved, who understood technology and operations. However, he needed help convincing the Board to go digital.
