BLACKbox AAA is designed For Enterprises aiming for Secured Application Access to Remote Users from Anywhere over VPN or Internet Browser.
Enterprises adopt information technology to achieve operational efficiencies. They invest in applications that the users use. These applications are in the form of ERP Suite, Accounting Software, CRM, HRMS, etc. These applications are Client–Server Applications, which require client software installed on Users' computers to access the applications from the server. It may be required that users access these applications remotely or while working from home.
Traditional solutions for sharing access to software applications to work from home and remote working users are slow, hardware intensive, resource-hungry, bandwidth-hungry, expensive, complex, and unsecured. BLACKbox AAA is cost-effective, simple, and frugal on resources and bandwidth.

Overview
This solution is a one-time investment proposition, including implementation and technical support for one year. The software solution BLACKbox AAA supplied can be installed on the customer's hardware. It includes1 one year of AMC, upgrades, and a subscription. AMC after one year is not compulsory. However, AMC includes Call Center driven Remote Support and Feature Upgrades. It makes the application available to a remote user over desktop, laptop, mobile phone, and tablet over the Internet.
Traditional Solutions and Shortcomings
Traditional application virtualization solutions are complex, expensive, resource-intensive, and bandwidth hungry. This leads to high capex on hardware/software and a high recurring bandwidth cost. Cheaper or free application virtualization remote access solutions do not provide enterprise-level data security.
- Any desk, TeamViewer, Logmein, etc.:Traditionally, free versions have their limitations. Paid versions are high recurring costs. They require significant bandwidth to be able to use them effectively.
- Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Server, and Inuvikaare enterprise-level, high-security, complex, and expensive solutions. They may need to be more affordable to small and medium enterprises.
Problem Statement and Goal Settings
With increasing work-from-home and remote users, enterprises are compelled to extend access to legacy applications like ERP, Accounts, CRM, HRMS, and home-grown software applications to such WFH or remote users. Traditionally such solutions are complex, expensive, and resource-hungry. They require investment in high-performance hardware, terminal / RDP client licenses, terminal server licenses, and broader data bandwidth. There is a need for a cost-effective and resource-frugal solution. BLACKbox AAA extends access to enterprise legacy applications to remote users or works from users with its simple, affordable, and efficient technology.

- Goal #1: Provide remote access to client server-based enterprise applications like Tally, SAP, ERP, CRM, Custom Developed Software to Remote and Work from Home Windows-based computer Users.
- Goal #2 Provide remote access of client-server and server-based enterprise applications over low bandwidth to remote and work-from-home Windows-based computer users
- Goal #3: Provide remote access of client server-based enterprise applications to remote and work-from-home Windows-based computer users without spending on Terminal Server License, Citrix License, Windows Server License, CALs, RDP CALs, etc.
- Goal #4: Provide secured access to client-server and server-based enterprise applications to remote and work-from-home users over the Internet browser on Windows-based computers, android mobiles, or iOS devices without installing any software on the device
