We have defined our key priorities to make our design approach towards developing Effective, Affordable, Dependable, and Scalable products. We have already enriched our offering on CAPEX and OPEX business models. One of the most substantial competitive advantages we have is covering various product categories in a single product. BLACKbox is a single hardware – single software – multiple solutions product, and its cloud version is a single service – single software – multiple solutions offering. We are still at one-third of the cost compared to traditional multiple hardware – multiple software – multiple solutions products. 2: “Everything needs a “v” version to meet customers where they are. How do you provide a better customer experience than your competitors? What is your preparedness towards this? (Meeting the customers demand)

Our MSME customers do not have IT talent on their side. They literally depend on us for everything in IT as BLACKbox covers all they need in IT except ERP software. We are an extended IT team of our MSME customers. We strive to become an integral part of their organization as an IT team. We enhance their customer experience by proactive advisory, complimentary audit service, clarity on the scope of services, effective escalation matrix, and of course, prompt service. We continuously invest in better call centre systems, employee training, AI-driven IVR systems, availability of standby devices, and spare parts. This year, we plan to create an ecosystem for BLACKbox by launching an academy for BLACKbox certified professionals who will install and maintain BLACKbox with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Synersoft follows a zero-trust policy in all its information security practices. It uses a virtual private network to allow external access to its applications and data to ensure cyber security. It uses anti-virus on all its devices. The devices used by the team at Synersoft are hardened to allow users to access specific applications and data and restrict users from installing any other applications.

 

It uses an active recycle bin to capture data deleted by the users over the network so that it can be recovered if such delete action is accidental or intentional. It also maintains file operation logs to identify if the delete action was intentional. Synersoft uses a mail distribution system as a layer between the G-Suite email host and the user to apply email vigilance and control policies.

 

Synersoft uses a firewall to allow users to access websites required for their professional work. It also uses its patented automatic data isolation technology when the user accesses the Internet for research or business development purposes in which restrictions are minimal.

The key factors driving customers’ loyalty are agility of response to ever-evolving requirements, the gap between delivery and expectations, and transparency in serving the customers. Since we started, we have maintained the subscription renewal rate above ninety per cent. We boost brand affinity by investing in out of the box ideas that are not related to IT. We support UnitedSMEs that organize productive activities for MSMEs to guide them on HR, Management, Technology, and Legal matters. We also organize generic and specific skills development programs for our customers’ employees. Internally we describe it as Feel at a Home experience for our customers. We firmly believe that a value proposition can bring new customers, but the sense of belonging inspires loyalty. 

 

5 : How the IT Industry is shaping the future of India. (Forecasting the growth)

 

There is no doubt that the IT industry is shaping the future of India. We experience that in our daily life. We are witnessing some mass impact initiatives by the Government of India. 

 

Adoption of IT and digitizing G2C (Government to Citizens) service is in its top gear. Government is one of the most prominent investors in IT with a futuristic vision. UPI, Fastag, Traffic Camera, Jandhan Direct to Account, Faceless Assessments, the new avatar of IRCTC, digilockers, m-parivahan

CBS (Core Banking Solution) are just the tip of the iceberg. They are fast and furious on their way to bridging the gap between IT and their G2C business.

 

Corporate India has always thrived on the adoption of IT. IT is an undisputed scale-up driver for every large enterprise that was small or medium a few years ago, and it continues to be.

 

IT industry is all set to shape the future of corporate India with IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Analytics, and

Robotics.

 

India’s robust startup ecosystem and the inclination of more and more startups toward B2B products in these fields will be a dark horse shaping the future of India. I think they will play an essential role in bridging the gap for corporate India in their next level of digitization.

 

It is a writing on the wall that the future of MSMEs is the future of India. They are the highest employment creators, the highest foreign exchange earners, and the most significant contributor to the GDP. We see them struggling with very basic things. At the most, they have digitized their accounts and material management.

 

The primary reason for such a wide gap in adopting IT for business is the reluctance of IT talent to work with MSMEs.

 

Most IT products are designed keeping in mind the IT talent expected to implement and maintain them.

 

These products are also designed for large scale deployment and offer many features which MSMEs do not need. Such anomaly makes the IT products expensive and complex for MSMEs. There need to be structural changes to penetrate the MSME sector.

 

It’s time the IT industry recognizes the collective potential of hundreds of thousands of Indian MSMEs and develops DIY products specific to their needs. By doing so IT industry will have its lion’s share in shaping the future of India.
